Life is about having fun, not worrying about pain and niggles getting in the way!

We help you build the strength, coordination and confidence to move freely and enjoy life more.

All classes have limited numbers and provide expert guidance of correct technique so you don't have to worry about injuring yourself.

membership options:

  • 10 Trips - $200 (best for 1 class per week)

  • Unlimited - $35 per week paid monthly (best for 2 or more classes per week, includes open gym access)

  • Open Gym - $20 per week (access to use the gym outside regular class times)

physical freedom class

Improve your balance, coordination, mobility and strength through natural movement skills and play.

You'll build the physical freedom to do the things you love without worrying about pain and niggles slowing you down.

  • 60min (including warm up and stretch).

  • Class is based around play.

  • Constantly varying movements for best development

  • Circuit based format so you can go at your own pace.

  • Expert coaching to help you move with great technique.

​All ages and experience encouraged.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6.00-7.00pm

strength and mobility class

Build physical capacity and fitness through more complex joint mobility and strength exercises.

You'll develop more body awareness and move away from pain and niggles to enhance your other physical pursuits.

  • 45min class (includes warm up and stretch)

  • Mobility work to get the spine and joints moving well

  • Focused strength exercises applicable to all areas of life

  • Variable intensity to improve fitness

  • Expert coaching to help you learn movements correctly

All ages and experience encouraged.
