I accept the Terms and Conditions of my child participating in this Bonobo program or event. I attest to having read all information on the Bonobo website and enter this program or event knowing the risks involved.
During Bonobo sessions I accept that my child will be exposed to some risks which may involve climbing or jumping from height, performing basic acrobatics and general child’s play.
Bonobo Coaches will take every possible step to ensure your child’s safety, however your child can and may make mistakes and injure themselves We do everything we reasonably can to ensure the safety of the kids. As part of this, it is important that all kids follow all instructions given to them by the Bonobo coaches during the term classes, holiday programs or events. If a child fails or refuses to follow any instructions at any time during the term class, holiday program or event. Bonobo reserves the right to remove the child from the session immediately with no refund given.
By signing on for a Bonobo class, program or event, I attest to have provided Bonobo with any known medical conditions or injuries, a valid and current In Case of Emergency Contact person and phone number. I authorise my child’s name, voice and picture to be used without payment in any capacity relating to this class, program or event by Bonobo.
Cancellations/ Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please email us at info@bonobo.co.nz
Once you have booked onto a Bonobo term, holiday program or event the following applies:
We will provide a 50% refund OR credit the full amount to a future program if you cancel up to 48 hours before the start date of the program you have booked.
We will not provide refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the start date of the program.
For term programs only:
If your child suffers an injury and misses 3 or more sessions: We we will credit the missed classes towards future term programs - please contact us at info@bonobo.co.nz
Privacy Statement
We collect personal information from you, including information about you and your child’s:

-Billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to:
-Keep our program participants up to date with bookings
-Have an emergency contact for all program/event participants
We will subscribe you to notifications and emails, however you can unsubscribe from these at anytime following the link in the email.
We keep your information safe by using HTTPS for all website transactions, all payments are secured by Stripe and only our Coaches and Bonobo management can see your information. You can view the Privacy Statement for the Services we use:

HEALTH AND SAFETY
I will at all times ensure that the health and safety requirements of Bonobo, at any Bonobo facility are complied with by the me and my accompanying children.
CCTV/PHOTOGRAPHY
CCTV is in place at Bonobo Ltd. We reserve the right to monitor the safety of our facility, coaches and participants. Photos or Videos may be taken for promotional purposes during the delivery of any of our programs. By accepting these terms and conditions you give us consent to do so.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, please let us know and we will endeavour to fix it.
