FOR TRIATHLETES, OPEN WATER SWIMMERS AND GENERAL SWIMMING ENTHUSIASTS
If you are serious about staying fit through swimming, whether it is to take on regular ocean swims, competing in triathlon or just love to test yourself and develop your own swimming with like-minded adults on a regular basis – these squads are for you! Places are limited.
Generally, swimmers should be able to swim 500m in approx 10-15 minutes. If you are unsure, please email us to arrange a trial. We have 2-3 lanes seeded by pace so cover a wide range of abilities.
Sessions are focused on a continuous session combining aerobic development and technique (through drills). The year is broken into 4x12 week periods that cover a range of technique and fitness aspects.

2 Decades in swim teaching and coaching. I've coached numerous national titleholders from junior to age group level, as well as international representatives. My goal is to help you enjoy your swimming more by improving your efficiency, knowledge and fitness.
I have been around water my whole life. I spent 7 years swimming competitively and have been coaching for the past 3 years. I love helping people to improve their technique and skill through movement patterns, and being a physio is really valuable with helping us all improve!
