intro to parkour workshops

Our Intro to Parkour workshops are a chance for parents to spend 90min with your kid(s) learning some fun skills you can practice together over the summer.

what is parkour?

Parkour is the primarily non-competitive physical discipline of training to move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body, principally through running, jumping, climbing, rolling and quadrupedal movement.

what will we be covering?

In these two workshops we'll be covering how to land safely, different forms of rolling, vaulting and jumping. Participants will be able to move at their own pace and skill level.
