The philosophy behind our adult classes is pretty simple: we want you to be a well-rounded and creative mover. Everyone has their own journey through life, so if we can make you a better mover, able to think for yourself and highly adaptable, then we think you'll go alright in whatever your pursue.

This is strength and conditioning for life.
We want you to be strong, mobile, agile and confident in your ability, highly adaptable and conditioned to perform for short, medium and long-term intervals. We want you to be the ultimate athlete...Whoa! That sounds a bit full on!
Be assured everything is scaled for you - even my old man (who let's just say is closer to a free senior's ski pass than not) comes along and mucks in. If you're interested in a sustainable, long-term approach to true health, rather than burning yourself out chasing superficial short-term results, then this is definitely a class for you.
I once thought that being able to move like a child was the ultimate dream for an adult. Luckily I was put straight - children are actually clumsy, uncoordinated and not really that strong.
Sure they can roll around and are fairly nimble, but you wouldn't describe them as strong, powerful and graceful. Think of the animal kingdom, the parent has to teach the young how to hunt, how to survive - that could be you!
To cut to the chase, this class will focus on those things you may have forgotten - running, jumping, climbing, balancing, crawling...don't you wanna bust out a wall jump on the walk to work?
